Right of withdrawal

Talk First is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has started (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Poland, Article 38(1)(13) of the Consumer Rights Act). Without that confirmation checkout does not start.

When we refund anyway

• The file does not open or is damaged, and a replacement link does not fix it.
• The guide is materially different from what the product page describes.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

Write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.
